1991 Safety Confirmation Voicemail

Hotline

- Purpose

In case of major disasters, telephone

line is often busy or congested due to

the disaster area telephone system damage

or too many people calling each other at

once. It also causes emergency call

unable to go through. Thus this safety

Confirmation Voicemail Hotline service is

provided for the public.

- How to use 1991 Safety Confirmation

Voicemail Hotline with family and

friends.

Via telephone ( including local calls,

mobile phones, and public payphones )

direct dial “1991”, then follow the

instruction or the voice entering

the“contact phone” and start recording

voice message. Friends and relatives can

dial “1991” and enter “ contact phone“

and will be able to hear your recorded

voicemail.
