Volume-1 Directors’ Desk Participation at Ahaar Hello participated in the Exhibition Aahar International Food Fair held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. We chose this platform to display our product profile to consumers through in depth interactions, distributions of literature, sampling and audio-visual displays. Apart from the full range of Basmati Rice, Hello Organic products were also put on display in most impressive manner. It was utilized as a great opportunity to engage with the consumers. Hello Friends, We are pleased to introduce the inaugural issue of “Hello News” to you. This Newsletter is launched with the intention to have a dialogue with you and to apprise you of the latest happenings around our brand “Hello”. This piece of communication is an attempt to spread awareness about the brand Hello among all our associates i.e. our Hello Domestic marketing team, our distributors, our team across our plants, our Export Division and all other key stakeholders. With this initiative, we want to make sure that our associates in various parts of country or our teams in various departments can be acquainted with the activities related with Hello brand so that they can feel proud of their brand. It is also to make them realize about the seriousness of our objectives of taking the Hello brand to newer heights. We plan to make this a regular publication and also send this as a mailer. We wish that all recipients of the Hello News could forward the published/soft copy to their friends and relatives so that the Hello brand can become a household name in quick time. In no ways, we wish to make Hello News a one way communication but we have it in mind to make it more interactive, more meaningful in the times to come. You are welcome to give your suggestions in this regard to our marketing team. Colossal results always have humble beginnings and we are sure that this small step taken in the direction of making our relationship stronger will yield in greener pastures in future. “Hello –Horizon”, the 2nd edition of annual conference for Hello Family was held in the picturesque surroundings of Kuala lumpur,

Malaysia between 10th July to 13th July 2011.

Hello Horizon symbolically represents the ambitions of Team Hello to take Hello brand to greater heights. The event was an effort to

acknowledge the valuable contribution & support of our champion business partners towards making Hello a trusted, respected and

preferred brand.

All Measures were taken to make sure that everyone can have good time and forget the work pressure for some time to rejuvenate,

revitalize, recharge and refresh for new challenges back home. Every possible effort was made to fill the tour with lot of activities of

leisure and sightseeing with excursions to famous places of Malaysia like Genting Highlands and Sunway Lagoon. Visits to important

monuments of Malaysia like Independence Square, Petronas Twin Towers, War Memorial, Chocolate Factory, Batu Caves etc were

also appreciated and enjoyed by everyone. Everyone wished that they could have more time to spend at various places.

The theme of the conference was relationship building and it was widely seen during the entire stretch of the programme where

partners from various parts of country were seen joining hands with their counterparts from other regions. Team Hello shared the

milestones of last year and the plans for the road ahead with the partners. Partners were effusive in their praise for the professional

approach in organizing the conference and their pledge to contribute more in the growth of Hello brand could be heard very loud

from all corners. Positives were drawn from the deliberations happened during the interactions and Team Hello earned admiration

from partners to continue with the good work.

In nutshell, it was an effort well worth which fulfilled its promise by providing motivation to all partners to gear up and channelize

their energies in achieving the ambitious plans of superior growth of current year. The precious feedback given by partners is a

motivating factor for Team Hello to improve the benchmarks and look for even more successful and memorable moments in future.

Biryani Festivities in NCR

Keeping up with the efforts to connect more with consumers, Team Hello could be seen organizing Biryani sampling activities at various

modern retail stores. The activation shown in the images are efforts done in Delhi and NCR at Aditya Birla Retail Store (More).

Customers visiting More Stores were given a taste of Hello Basmati Rice and encouraged to try the brand at home also. Regular

interactions like this are a must to reach relevant customer segment and increase brand awareness level.
