DIRECTIONS:1. When you fi nd the Downtown Partners “Shop Small” foam cube at one of

the businesses listed on the board, have the store manager or staff member sign inside the designated box.

2. Purchase any item at a business and get a signature in any of the two (2) “Purchased Item Bonus Spaces.”

3. All participants will receive a Downtown VIP card, with local discounts at participating locations. a. If you complete a standard BINGO (5 in a row), your name will be

placed in a drawing for a chance to win one of three SBS Gift Baskets, ranging in value from $25 to $150.

b. If you score more than one BINGO, your name will be placed in the drawing according to how many BINGOs you scored (up to 6 BINGOs), enhancing your chances of winning.

c. If you score a blackout BINGO (all fi elds fi lled out), your name will be placed into a drawing for the SBS Grand Prize Basket with gifts valued at over $250. If you were not chosen, your name will be entered 10 times into the drawing for one of three SBS Gift Baskets.

4. All participants must include their name, phone number, and mailing address in order for us to contact the winner(s) on December 3rd.

5. The majority of shops are open between noon and 4pm. However, there are a few exceptions. To confi rm their business hours, please check the BINGO Board.
