DIRECTIONS ON making the

CRABBYCHICKEN1. Pour 1 and 1/2 inches of vegetable oil or frying oil of your choiceinto a skillet or dutch oven. (Deep fryer is also an option.)

2. Heat the oil to 350 degrees or until the oil bubbles when you touchthe chicken in it.the chicken in it.

3. Fry the chicken until golden brown on low - med heat. (Make sure tocheck internal temperature of chicken to be at least 165 degreesFahrenheit)

4. In a separate small pan or in a microwave, heat the crab dip andpour on top of the chicken.

5. Toast the bread if possible, use the toppings you wish, and enjoy!

SOFTCRABS1. Lightly dust the soft crabs in seasoned flour(preferably with Old Bay) to coat on both sides.

2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering hot. Add a little butter and swirl the skillet to melt it. Add a little butter and swirl the skillet to melt it.

3. Add the crabs top side down and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. 4. With tongs, flip the crabs and cook until red and an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center reads about 145°F.

5. Transfer the crabs to a large paper-towel-lined plate to drain briefly. Plate and serve with lemons!
