The structured print surface allows for rich and even saturation resulting in vivid back-lit graphics on a range of platforms including direct disperse, Latex, and UV. VorTex™ Broadway D290VorTex Broadway D290 is a heavy, woven textile. The material has an ultra-matte and non-glare appearance. VorTex Broadway D290 is wrinkle resistant and compatible for use with direct disperse, Latex and UV printing. Available in widths of 122” and 198”.

VorTex™ Backlit Optimum D270VorTex Backlit Optimum D270 is a woven fabric ideal for use with re-tail applications. The product is designed and coated to hold a high resolution and wide color gamut, especially a high density black. Vor-Tex Backlit Optimum has no pinholes as seen in competitive products. The material offers a uniform diffusion layer that allows for even light diffusion. Available in widths of 126”.

VorTex™ Eclipse D270VorTex Eclipse D270 is an 8 oz. knitted polyester fabric with a black-back. The black-back creates a 95% opaque blockout fab-ric solution making it ideal for direct dye-sublimation, Latex and UV print processes. VorTex Eclipse D270 is 100% PVC free, has a soft drape, excellent flexibility and a slight stretch in each direc-tion, making it an excellent choice for SEG frame systems. VorTex Eclipse D270 is fire resistant. Available in widths of 126” and 196”.

VorTex™ Triple White D251VorTex Triple White D251 has a tightly woven structure that produces a smooth print surface for notable print quality. The ma-terial structure allows for a fabric solution with both front-lit and back-lit capabilities. VorTex Triple White D251 is ideal for direct dye - sublimation, Latex and UV print processes. VorTex Triple White D251 has more opacity than similar weight products, making it anexcellent choice for SEG frame and pop-up display systems. Vor-Tex Triple White D251 is fire resistant. VorTex™ Blockout D250VorTex Blockout D250 is a 100% polyester woven fabric with a smooth print surface. Its unique white, black, white triple layerconstruction makes VorTex Blockout D250 almost completely opaque. VorTex Blockout D250 is ideal for direct dye-sublimation, Latex and UV processes, fire resistant. Available in widths of 126”.

VorTex™ Super Stretch D231VorTex Super Stretch D231 is a polyester and spandex knitted fabric specifically treated for direct disperse, Latex, dye-sublimation transfer and UV printing. VorTex Super Stretch D231 is more opaque than comparable stretch products and geared towards an experienced printer. VorTex Super Stretch D231 is fire resistant. Available in widths of 126”.

VorTex™ Stretch D229VorTex Stretch D229 is a polyester and spandex knitted fab-ric specifically treated for direct disperse, Latex and UV print-ing. The material’s opacity allows the product to be used in a wider range of applications than competitive fabrics, especially in in-stallations where opacity is needed to hide frame and tubing struc-tures. VorTex Stretch D229 is fire resistant. Available in widths of 126”.

VorTex™ Flag D110Vortex Flag D110 is a knitted flag fabric for direct dispersion, Latex and UV printing. VorTex Flag D110 offers excellent bleed through and wind flow characteristics making it an ideal choice for flag displays and temporary out-door banners. VorTex Flag D110 is fire resistant Available in widths of 126”.

DualTex® HD D360DualTex HD D360 is a 10.6 oz woven polyester with a pearl-satin finish on the front side and a plain weave on the back-side. The material is optically white with under 0.5% color tolerance lot to lot. The unique dual applica-tion feature allows it to be used for front-lit or back-lit applications with a vibrant, high-definition appearance. Available in widths of 61” and 122”.

UltraCanvas® Backlit D280UltraCanvas Backlit D280 is an 8.3 oz. 100% polyester back-lit tex-tile. The material is made from 20% recycled polyester. A unique col-or exaggerating technology has been incorporated into the coating, producing flawless and high quality images when back-lit. UltraCan-vas Backlit D280 has an anti-static coating and less than 1% shrink-age when printed and applied. Available in widths of 98” and 122”.

UltraPoplin® Soft Image D240UltraPoplin Soft Image D240 is a 7.1 oz 100% polyester with a matte finish. UltraPoplin Soft Image D240 is bath coated with a digital, water-based, 100% biodegradable coating. The polyester yarn knit and coating make it an easily printable fabric that is wrinkle and crease resis-tant. The UltraPoplin Soft Image D240 is printable with UV, Latex, direct dis-persion and transfer dye sublimation. Available in widths from 61” - 198”.

Textiles in the VorTex D line are optimized for direct dispersion printing. Specifically, the textiles are designed and coated to hold a high resolution and wide color gamut, especially high-density blacks. For printers with grand-format direct to fabric sublimation or UV capabilities, the line contains seamless 5 meter (16 ft.) wide fabric options. The VorTex D line may also be printed via dye transfer process.*
