M ay I introduce you to the Nationally Accredited Diploma of Instructional Design TAE50211. The Diploma has a very good balance of theory and hands on application. As you work towards your Diploma you’ll notice an immediate improvement in your Instructional Design Material. If you design in-house, then it makes sense to ensure the materials follow industry best practices. Your Diploma of Instructional Design is delivered over 4 classroom days. There will be an additional day of coaching to get the project work completed. Allow 1-2 weeks for Project work and remember that you have your coach on standby for guidance. THIS DIPLOMA IS IDEAL IF: f You are relatively new to training or instructional design f You want to learn how to unpack competency f You need to design material to align with VET requirements f You want to ensure you are providing your participants with the best possible learning and learning outcomes f You want a practical hands on program that you can relate to your own workplace or environment f You want to gain a competitive edge by obtaining a Nationally Recognised Qualification in training design This course will be made up of 10 units of competency (5 core units and 5 elective units).
