Can independently perform Stress Analysis for lines connected to Tanks, Centrifugal Pumps, Columns, Coke Drums, S&T exchangers, Fin fan coolers, Reactors, Compressors, Fired Heaters, Pressure relieving systems, Flare lines. Selection and finalizing of Vessel Clip supports for vertical vessels i.e. vertical coloumns, drums etc. Pipe thickness and Reinforcement pad thickness calculation. Expansion loop sizing in pipe rack, Flange leakage calculation, Equipment nozzle check through WRC. Preparation of piping MTO from P&IDs (Prelim) & Isometrics (Intermediate & Final). Preparing variable spring schedule, stress sketches, final stress report. Selection of vessel clip type and location for Coker Fractionator, Debutanizer and coordinating with design team to finalize it. Handling up to 36” line size and up to 525 degC lines.Coordinating with design team members to optimize and finalize the supporting of non critical lines. Performing stress analysis of lines connected to coke drums i.e. Feed line, Over head vapour line, Over head PSV line with the help of design technology.
