Can independently perform Stress Analysis for lines connected to Tanks, Centrifugal Pumps, Columns, Coke Drums, S&T exchangers, Fin fan coolers, Reactors, Compressors, Fired Heaters, Pressure relieving systems, Flare lines. Also conversant in supporting non-critical lines through visual checking,selection of variable/constant spring from vendor catalogue. Stress Analysis(static) of stress critical lines using CAESAR-II V-4.5,V-5.2, V-5.3, V-6.1,V-7.1. Stress Analysis(dynamic) i.e. Modal Analysis, Slug Analysis using CAESAR-II V-5.3. Supporting of non-critical lines through visual checking. Selection of variable/constant spring hangers from vendor catalogue,preparation of spring schedule. Selection and finalizing of Vessel Clip supports for vertical vessels i.e. vertical coloumns, drums etc. Pipe thickness and Reinforcement pad thickness calculation.

Expansion loop sizing in pipe rack, Flange leakage calculation, Equipment nozzle check through WRC. Preparation of piping MTO from P&IDs (Prelim) & Isometrics (Intermediate & Final). Commenting on Vendor drawings/ Vendor Print review. Estimation of piping components using plantwise software. Performing Stress Analysis of lines connected to Coke Drums.

Performing static stress analysis considering weight effect, thermal effect, occasional event i.e. wind, seismic, PSV reaction force, slug force etc. Performing dynamic analysis i.e. slug analysis for those lines which are prone to sulg flow. Preparing variable spring schedule, stress sketches, final stress report. Selection of vessel clip type and location for Coker Fractionator, Debutanizer and coordinating with design team to finalize it. Handling up to 36” line size and up to 525 degC lines.Coordinating with design team members to optimize and finalize the supporting of non critical lines. Performing stress analysis of lines connected to coke drums i.e. Feed line, Over head vapour line, Over head PSV line with the help of design technology.
