Every January, the city of Palm Springs hosts The Palm Springs

International Film Festival (PSIFF). The PSIFF is one of the largest

film festivals in North America, welcoming 130,000 attendees each

COMMERCIAL USE & DEVELOPMENT

The Section 19 Plan is designed to foster the creation of a new

mixed-use destination for the City of Rancho Mirage and the

broader Coachella Valley. Situated on the northern edge of the

city, adjacent to Interstate 10, Section 19 represents an opportunity
