The Section 19 Plan is designed to foster the creation of a new
mixed-use destination for the City of Rancho Mirage and the
broader Coachella Valley. Situated on the northern edge of the
city, adjacent to Interstate 10, Section 19 represents an opportunity
to bring a different style of living, working, and shopping to the
desert. The plan combines commercial office, entertainment,
hotel, and residential uses. The mixture of land uses will permit
the development of 3,096,500 square feet of commercial, retail,
office, restaurant and entertainment use, as well as up to 1,899
