2.5.5 Emergency Overdraft Function

The relay will be disconnected when the current balance of meter is 0, and users couldn’t use electricity unless recharging. For reasons that users can’t recharging, the emergency overdraft function can be turned on so that users can use electricity. The emergency overdraft function is choosable and takes effect only by permision.

Under emergency overdraft mode, the meter balance continues to be accumulated on negative value, and the relay will be disconnected again when the meter balance plus overdraft amount is less than or equal to zero. Emergency overdraft function can only be used 1 time, and recovered until the next recharging, the overdraft amount will be automatically deducted at the next time recharging.

2.5.6 Friendly Mode

The meter has two control modes: Normal mode and friendly mode. Friendly mode is choosable and takes effect only when started. Under friendly mode, the relay can not be disconnected even if current meter balance is insufficient at specified holidays or someday or some time (such as at night) in order to ensure the users basic electricity usage, but the balance continues to be accumulated on negative value.

Friendly holiday: The electricity will be friendly interruption of power supply at specified holidays, the default holidays are 20 days.
