DCA: Dillard Center for the Arts is Broward County School’s exclusive high school magnet program for the visual and performing arts. Our mission is to offer preparation for higher education and professions in the arts by providing a diversified curriculum not available at the traditional high school, while creating an environment conducive for artistic growth and development for bright and talented high school students residing in Broward County. Less than 30 percent of our funding comes from ticket sales, yet a typical musical production at Dillard Center for the Arts costs $12,000 to produce. In order to continue our mission to provide extra ordinary performance opportunities for the young artist of tomorrow while providing quality entertainment to the Fort Lauderdale arts community, we count on sponsors like you. Corporate/Business and community support is invaluable to our program, as it provides the future artist of tomorrow the opportunity to gain the types of extra ordinary experiences that students with a deep

passion for studying at a Visual & Performing Arts Magnet school should receive. Cash and in-kind support from sponsors helps

to bridge the gap between what the public school system can provide and the actual resources

our students need to be prepared for success either in college or in

the professional world.

Corporate Corporate/Business and community support is invaluable to our program, as it provides the future artist of tomorrow the opportunity to gain the types of extra ordinary experiences that students with a deep passion for studying at a Visual & Performing Arts Magnet school should receive. Cash and in-kind support from sponsors help to bridge the gap between what the public school system can provide and the actual resources our students need to be prepared for success either in college or in the professional world.

Ways To Support By sponsoring Dillard Center for the Arts with a donation, you enable us to continue to provide quality arts education, entertainment, and community focused programs that support our mission. In return, you will be prominently promoted throughout Broward County as an official sponsor.

There are two ways you can sponsor an event or program:• Provide a cash donation to underwrite the expenses of our shows and events. • Provide in-kind product, such as food, supplies, costumes, sound equipment, media time or in-kind service, such as graphic designers, photographers, and printing.

Whatever your business does, we probably have a program or event that could use it.

DIAMOND PACKAGE: $5,000 Per Season, gift in-kind/and or cash

•Season Tickets to Dillard Center for the Arts Productions 6 tickets to each event included in our season calendar.•Corporate/Business Name & Logo on all production posters & flyers Dillard Center for the Arts will produce over 25000 posters and flyers advertising productions for our 2015 - 2016 Season. Your company/business logo will be displayed prominently on posters in our theater, and flyers distributed throughout the community.•Full Page Advertisement In Our Production Programs As part of the sponsorship arrangements, the company sponsor will be entitled to a full- ‐page advertisement in the official Dillard Center for the Arts playbill, as well as other printed programs for DCA productions. DCA will print in excess of 500 programs for each major production and 250 for our Junior Productions. All Corporate/Business sponsors will also be given a copy of each program.•Logo Signage In Performing Space Entrances For All Season Events DCA will proudly hang your banner for all DCA Productions and publicity events. The development of the artwork and cost of the banner would be the responsibility of the sponsor.• Sponsor Publicly Thanked In The Pre- Show Announcement Of Each Event During The SeasonPrior to the start of each production, your company will be acknowledged for its support of Arts Education and its significant contribution to Dillard Center for the Arts.• Opening Night ReceptionYour company and guest will receive an exclusive invitation to our opening night pre- show reception and meet and greet for sponsors, DCA Administrators & Teachers, and season subscribers.• Behind The ScenesA rare opportunity exists for the Corporate/Business sponsors and their guest to get an “all access area” pass for our major productions. We will organize an opportunity for you to come backstage directly after the show and see where all the magic happens. We will also organize for you to meet the lead cast members and key members of the production team. Should you have a specific wish to meet a particular member of cast or crew, or see certain production items, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If requested, you may also attend a rehearsal to see the creative process as it unfolds.•Gala NightWhile not organized for our productions, the DCA Gala is our premiere fundraising event for our visual and performing arts program. Corporate/Business Sponsors will receive six (6) tickets to attend this event and the company’s banner will also be on prominent display at this event.•Corporate/Business Name or Logo On Season MerchandiseDCA will distribute and sell T- ‐Shirts for some of its major productions. Your Corporate/Business Logo or Name will appear on apparel/merchandise sold respective to select productions in the 2015 - 2016 Season.•Advertise Your Company As “A Sponsor of Dillard Center for the Arts”Proudly advertise your support for Arts Education and for Dillard Center for the Arts in your advertisements. In addition use of our logo, name and likeness will be permissible during your sponsorship season.•Acknowledgment of your support on the Sponsor page of the official show program

2Major Show Sponsor: $3,000 per show, gift in-kind/and or cash

•Tickets To Our ProductionDCA Produces 10 major productions each year at the DCA Theater. A Major Show Sponsor will be officially invited to the production and will receive 6 tickets to our opening night performance to utilize for themselves or their clients.•Radio & Newspaper AdvertisingThrough its media partners, DCA will promote their productions via print and radio mediums. The Major Show Sponsor will be entitled to have their logo on all of our print advertising, as well as sponsorship recognition during radio advertisements.•Full Back Page Advertisement In Production ProgramsAs part of the sponsorship arrangements, the Major Show Sponsor will be entitled to a full page add in the official DCA Playbill for the respective production. DCA will print approximately 500 programs for each Major Show, and Major Show Sponsors will receive a copy of the program upon arrival.Corporate/Business Name or Logo On Major Show MerchandiseDCA will distribute and sell T- ‐Shirts for some of its major productions. In- ‐Kind Sponsorship PackagesYour company can feature strongly at Dillard Center for the Arts Productions simply by the sponsorship of required services and donations of goods and services. The recognition and benefits are similar as for direct sponsors. In- ‐Kind donations include, but are not limited to: Printing Services/Materials, Graphic Design, Food, Beverages, PR Services/Materials, T- ‐Shirt Printing/Materials; Raffle and Silent Auction Items.
