Established in 2008 in the United Arab Emirates, Diligence has emerged as the primary security and risk and crisis management consultancy engaged by numerous multinational companies and non-governmental organisations in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. We possess the experience, knowledge, expertise, and

When considering the risk in the region, Diligence also thinks comprehensively about crises.
We guide our clients in forming a diverse portfolio of crises they themselves should be prepared to manage: natural disasters, social
instability (riots and regime change), terrorism and conflict, labor strikes, and public health.
The portfolio also gauges the likely levels of communication; ground and air transportation; and public safety, security, and services in situ during a crisis, enabling our clients to preposition resources and prearrange support required to shelter-in-place, relocate in-country, or evacuate.
When a crisis strikes, consideration must also be given to the life-cycle and continuation of the business during the crisis and in the post-crisis periods.

Pre-employment screening has been identified as a leading risk management strategy, often overlooked within the region, that protects organisations from malicious action by employees, contractors and the like.
Our screening services operate world-wide focusing on the key nationalities that are often seen working with the MENA region, including local country nationals. The services are scalable, dependant on the profile of individual and level of access/ responsibility they will hold, allowing our clients to align our services to their needs rather than fitting into a template approach.
Over the past decade there has been significant growth in individuals applying for immigration and citizenship by investment from within the region. Following this trend we have developed an in-house capability to provide screening and verification of applicants from across the Middle East and Africa. Whilst verifying applicants details and documentation reported within the relevant application, we also seek to identify reputation, sanctions and criminal concerns from their home or host-country.
