Comfort Insurance [SEO]“Can you take on the top insurance comparison sites – and win?”

Gravytrain has worked with Comfort Insurance for a number of years now, and we are proud to say that through our work their website outranks some of the biggest names in the market for the search terms “motorhome insurance” and “campervan insurance” including Confused.com.

Furthermore, we have seen continual growth year on year, with 25% more traffic in 2015 compared to 2014 alone! This shows that with the right strategy, we can win on Google.

Experian [Interface Design]“How can we promote a new interface to savvy SMEs?”

After creating a new business interface for small business owners, Experian approached Base One to create a design that would attract and retain users.

We designed the Business Express identity, created a new IA for the site that helped users easily understand the product range and got them to the correct products faster, and finally created a great product dashboard interface that really helps sell the product to users taking a free trial.

PayPal [Brand Engagement]“How can we convince business owners to add mobile payment options to their plans?”

PayPal wanted to bring the increase in users buying via their mobiles to the attention of their SME merchants by educating them further on what they needed to do to fully optimise their sites for “m-commerce”.

As a result of the campaign, awareness of mobilisation doubled and 24% of merchants were encouraged to include mobile in their business plans. The campaign was even able to also run in Germany!

Brand awareness is sometimes tricky, especially if you want to make sure it integrates with your current SEO campaign. This is where Jam & Spoon used our expertise to not only gain press coverage but also create an online, interactive infographic.

Throughout the campaign we have been in talks with the Confederation of British Industry, YouGov, The Daily Express and Professor Simon Down, Deputy Dean, Research and Enterprise at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School – and we’re not done yet!
