2Digital project manager The role of digital project manager (DPM) is to :

To identify the “Customer” (external ,internal or both)

To identify the “users” and their needs & to create requirements that will reflect the user needs (user story)

To identify nun-functional requirements

To manage priorities the efforts in the most effective way (“Value management”)

To manage time , budget & resources

3The team (s) A DPM works as a part of a team

The size of a team is 3 – 7 people based on the size of the project

Program/Project manager , User experience & development (technical expert) are the three roles for small (“Bicycle” size project)

More workforce can be added if the project is big (“Semi trailers” projects), but each sub-group should contain 3-6 people

The digital world is working very closely with big data capabilities: Variety of resources (internal & external) & data types

Velocity of data , the data changes very fast

Veracity – the data quality is an issue that should be taken care of

Change the ways you collect , clean, carve (data mining & machine learning) & canvas (visualise)
