The new math of label printing = 0 compromise on the quality you are used to
• The underlying physics and chemistry in LEPX haven’t changed and are the same as all HP Indigo presses
• You can still print on the widest range of substrates and produce the largest range of applications in digital print
• All while maintaining highest print quality in digital print
Thermal offset with direct contact transfer
HP Indigo ElectroInk
A Comprehensive Ecosystem
• The HP Indigo V12 uses the same ElectroInk tubes used in Series 4 web presses
• You can enjoy widest range of digital inks in the industry, supporting widest color gamut and color combinations
• Meet brand’s sustainability target with inks approved for composability
• PrintOSx – for press optimization, process control, production automation and business innovation
• A wide, highly integrated and exible 3rd party partners ecosystem for multiple labels and packaging applications
• And more …

powered by HP Indigo
LEPX‘s breakthrough performance feature all the capabilities you’ve grown to love about HP Indigo’s
technology
Reduce labor and overhead costs by digitally producing full job baskets. No
anxiety of imprecise costing or complex planning with predictable
production parameters
• Deliver the highest production speeds for your entire job baskets with up to 4x higher throughput per operator vs. analog solutions
• Print at 120 Lm/min – comparable to analog print speeds
• Change inks on the y and choose from tens of possible ink combinations using any of the up to 12 on-press ink stations
• Maximize utilization of the press with our workow and nishing automation solutions
• Leverage intuitive user Interfaces (physical and software) designed with press operators for the next generation of press operators.
Lean, Agile, Fast Non-stop Production
Rooted in an Industry Winning Formula
Predictably Protable
• Use the widest range of easily interchangeable digital color, specialty and functional inks
• Print on the industry’s largest range of substrates, from 12u unsupported lm to 18pt (450u) board, using the integrated inline primer
• Support pressure sensitive, sleeves, exible packaging, tubes, IMLs and more with our proven end-to-end print and converting solutions
• Make an impact with market-leading print quality, including industry benchmark color accuracy, consistency and repeatability
• Deliver 1600 dpi native print resolution at maximum print speeds with proprietary imaging technology
• Assist your brands meeting their sustainability targets by reducing waste, reduce energy consumption, use certied compostable packaging inks and more
• Produce full job baskets with a lower overall production cost than exo
• Reduce your $100Ks of overhead spending on mechanical pre/post-press, storage etc.
• Ensure protability with job costing that does not depend on specic job graphics: coverage, quality etc.
• Reduce labor by using a single operator on a full production line with a specially designed inline converting solution from ABG
• Run any job at a single known speed regardless of graphics, ink coverage or specialty colors

Customer facing FAQ
Q: What applications would the HP Indigo V12 be able to print?
A: As the HP Indigo V12 is using existing ElectroInks and is based on the same process (chemistry and physics) of our
current label presses, our target is that all applications supported by the HP Indigo 6k will be supported by the HP
Indigo V12. Having said that some TBD limitations may exist upon day of release.
Q: What primer will be used on the HP Indigo V12’s In Line Priming Unit?
A: Our intention is that the same primers used on the HP Indigo 6xxx will be used on the HP Indigo V12.
Q: I would like to be part of the HP Indigo V12 Beta – what should I do?
A: All available places for the beta mostly spoken for. Participants in the HP Indigo V12 club will have high priority in
press allocation upon wider release – terms and eligibility will be published prior to drupa.
