The aim of the workshop is to enhance diversity & inclusion, and empower women in the workplace. The full-day workshop hosted approximately 70 women from various organizations and focused on career development and cultivation of leadership skills. Faizan S. Syed, the CEO of East River, in an exclusive interview with Synergyzer, talks about how he added diversity to the Ziauddin University Hospital Group through HTV, Ziauddin College of Media Sciences, East River, HibaLife and Faculty of Eastern Medicine. Here at East River, we have an acronym we that explains our DNA – CIIKOO. CII stands for CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE, INTERACTIVE and refers to our external facing qualities. KOO stands for KAIZEN, ORGANIZATION, OWNERSHIP and these are our internal team-focused competencies. This DNA has been inculcated in every single function and person in the organization. Today, Instagram Stories have become an essential pa of the plaorm, even beginning to oveake permanent posts as the go-to means of sharing content with followers. Fuhermore, Stories have led to story ads, and Instagram has even added Highlights so as to allow your Stories to live on beyond their original 24-hour cut-off. INSTAGRAM STORIES FOR DUMMIES Team East River aended the Google Peormance Guru training held in April as well as August, and is now ceified as a Google Green and Blue Belt agency in Pakistan. The Google Green Belt is the first step towards achieving a bigger milestone. The program is divided into three levels across three months: Green (Foundation), Blue (Advanced), and Black Belt (Pitch Stimulation), each of which is a prerequisite to the next. East River's female leaders attended the very first WomenWill Lead Workshop in Pakistan. The aim of the workshop is to enhance diversity & inclusion, and empower women
