This may be the single most IMPORTANT and REVOLUTIONARY part of this entire
program. Journaling your thoughts, feelings and intuition on how you are progressing each day
during this program is extremely critical to understanding your body and unique signals it is
sending you.
I believe that the body itself has incredible intelligence and it wants to direct us to discover our
own healing formulas. We just have to be aware, listen, experiment, get feedback and apply the
best practices based on what you are learning about yourself.
Get a Master’s Degree in Personal Health:
One of the greatest educational pursuits you can have is to discover the unique nature of your
own health. By devoting a period of time (even 6 months to a year) to learning and studying
yourself, you can truly discover the unique patterns that increase or decrease your energy, brain
function, bowel movements, skin health and so much more.
Taking the time to journal and reflect on the feedback your body is giving you and making the
appropriate adjustments will help you attain a true mastery in your personal health. This degree
will carry forward and improve your performance in every area of life for the rest of your life!
Just like taking notes and studying in class is important to retain the information and attain a
mastery of a subject, you must do the same in order to truly master your health.
How to Use This Journal
Each day you will have a new empowering statement to say over yourself, to meditate upon and
discuss with family members and friends.
Each day you will journal about what you are consuming and reflect on key outputs including
your energy, bowel movements, brain function, skin health and how you are responding to the
various foods you are consuming each day.
The feedback you will get will help you understand and master your own unique biochemistry
and know more about how to best nourish your system as you regain your health.
This is also something to look back upon so you can track your results and identify where you
are improving and what areas are holding you back.
Major Instructions:
Use this journal to check on how you feel in several major areas
Nutrition Plan: Write down what you consumed all day long (food and liquids)
Energy: 1 -10 point scale 1 – No energy 10 – Extraordinary energy
Bowel Movements: BMs Describe them
Brain Function: Describe and rank, 1 – Horrible function, depressed, tons of anxiety, etc.
10 – Super sharp, happy, calm and peaceful
Skin: Describe it and rank it. 1 – Major acne, eczema, rashes, etc.
10 – Great, shiny, soft, clean and glowing
Additional Notes: Write down what you are learning about the foods you are consuming,
periods of time during the day where your energy is higher or lower, etc. When you get to the
reintroduction phase – be sure to score the foods you are reintroducing under this header.
Example:
Nutrition Plan: Did oil pulling in the morning and had 16 oz of water with 2 tbsps of apple
cider vinegar in the morning within first hour. 1 cup of Ginger tea with coconut milk (1/4 can).
12pm: Had a bowl of Thai Coconut Soup for lunch, 16 oz of water in the mid-afternoon. Took
2 digestive enzymes and 2 Acid Prozyme + Vit D3 + Fish oil
6pm: Had a bowl of SuperCharged Turmeric Zucchini Soup for dinner. 8oz of water between
dinner and breakfast + 2 digestive enzymes + 2 HCL Prozyme + 2 Thyro Liver Protect
9pm: Had 2 Prescript Assist Probiotics + 400 mg magnesium citrate
Energy: 4-5 – lower than normal but I have less joint pain in my back (20% better) which is
really nice.
BMs: Had one good BM, seems like I am breaking out of the constipation but not all the way.
Brain Function: Some brain fog today and some anxiety – 6/10
Skin: Dry and scaly, still have acne but a bit better – 4/10.
Additional Notes: I am feeling better in general. I am still a bit constipated. I will try taking
more magnesium and drinking more throughout the day.
