Confidence in the CyprusEconomy Improves
President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades hasaffirmed the Government’s resolve to judiciouslyimplement, without delays, the Memorandum ofUnderstanding agreed with the Troika with theoverall aim of returning to a sustainable growth path.
The President made the remark during thepresentation of the credentials of the newAmbassador of the Republic of Portugal, JoaoManuel Pina Perestrello Cavaco during a formalceremony at the Presidential Palace.
Regarding Cyprus’ economy, President Anastasiades reaffirmed the “Government’sresolve to judiciously implement, without delays, the Memorandum ofUnderstanding agreed with the Troika with the overall aim of returning to asustainable growth path”.
This means that all the demands of the Troika will be met and this includes theimplementation of the repossessions law.
The economy is expected to improve this year and the next, building on the positiveresults achieved so far.
He said “the Government is fully aware of the challenges ahead and is takingmeasures that aim to reinvigorate the economy, boost investments and create jobs”.
President Anastasiades said “the way forward is not easy, but I have absoluteconfidence that the spiritof unity and the drive tosucceed alreadydemonstrated by thepeople of Cyprus, willprevail”.
This also includesbringing to book manydevelopers who havebroken many rules.
Anna GraduatesAnna MandziakFitzgerald received her Masters of Science in Real Estate fromNeapolis University of Paphos at the official graduation ceremony at Coral BeachResort Hotel on 19th September.
The evening saw 367 graduates receive their degrees and was a big success for theUniversity and all students.
Anna has spent two years of tireless study for her Masters and has achieved it at theage of 65 – a credit to her abilities and tenacity.
Daryl, her Children, Fitzgerald’s staff and Professional Associates are very proud ofAnna’s remarkable achievement.
Anna will soon apply to be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors RICS as her course has been approved by this renowned institution
