Healthy: Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of
disease or infirmity.
A guide to being healthyThere are four key areas to being healthy:• Food and Drink• Mental and Emotional Wellbeing• Relationships• Exercise
In your groups, you need to create a guide to being healthy.
Your guide will need to include 3 of the following:• A survey/questionnaire.• A logo and slogan
• Top tips• Rap (bonus points!!!)
• Role play• Poster
Set yourself a target
Set yourself a personal target for this lesson.
For example:
• Focus and stay on task• Be a team leader• Listen• Participate • Carry out individual research• Reflect
