• Health care is taking preventative or necessary medical procedures to improve a person's well-being.

• Helps people get medical care they need and live a healthier life.

• There are many programs that help others with their health care bills such as Medicare and Medicaid

• People and families with low incomes

• Poverty alone does not necessarily qualify someone for Medicaid.

• Largest source of funding for medical and health-related services for people with low income in the US

• Health care has become increasingly unaffordable for businesses and individuals.

• In 2007, 62.1% of all U.S. bankruptcies were related to people with costly medical insurance.

• Some countries have universal health care

• Statistics show people who have free health care have a longer life expectancy.

• Canada, England, Germany are countries with free health care.

• U.S. is the only nation without out free care.

Because I researched healthcare, I decided to volunteer at CVS Pharmacy for my product.

• Discuss with the Pharmacist on what I would be doing
