To build community relationships and encourage a healthy lifestyle in the work place, the Manatee YMCA offers the Corporate Challenge Membership Program. Our Corporate Program is like no other, designed individually to assist companies who want to provide a wellness program for their employees.

A physically fit employee can benefit your company in all aspects of daily operations, as well as producing possible savings in workman’s compensation claims and health care costs. Staff who are engaging in a healthy lifestyle, help keep your company fiscally fit! At the Y, your wellness program is designed to motivate your employee to engage in health & wellness activities that increase quality of life, motivation and ultimately, performance.

Corporate Challenge Membership Program.How it works!Employer invests in a membership for their employee, minimum monthly contribution is $10 per month toward the employee’s membership to the Y. In return the YMCA will contribute $10 per month. The employer’s wellness contribution may be increased if desired.

Simple to Join. Easy Billing. The Y Corporate Challenge Membership Program can be customized to meet the corporations needs. There is no contract and no minimum amount of employees to participate.

Payment methods are negotiable.

Corporate Partner Membership Program.In addition to above, the corporation may choose to partner with the Manatee YMCA by being a community

advocate for healthy living, youth development and/or social responsibility. Membership and program opportunities provided by the Y is based on the corporation’s investment to the Y’s mission.
