We are going to tell you about our great week in Sønderborg

On Monday we visited the Danish school

Then we played hockey in two different teams: first world and third world

In the afternoon we played a game with QR codes and we went sightseeing

We visited the City Hall and we had a meeting with the Major of Sønderborg.

‘Tough Road’

It was both a role-play and a computer game and we acted as farmers

We had to sell coffee and other products to the danish students who were producers

Ater that we designed some t-shirts and the winning was given to all the students

This is the winner!

In the afternoon we went to the Castle that is in Sønderborg

We visited Danfoss company which is an ethical industry

It was very intresting because we went into the factory to see how they produce their stuff

After lunch we went to the Universe Science Theme park, we enjoyed it very much because we were curious to know how the inventions had been made by.

Then we watched a short funny Danish video in 5D about this Theme park. It was like real life!

We had the great opportonity to try Segway We had a lot of fun playing with it

Afterwards we enjoyed bulding some rockets and making them fly

On Thursday all the participating countries showed their presentation to the other students

We were split in groups working on presentations. Showing one’s own awarness about Fairtrade products

Each group was composed by 4/5 students coming from Italy, Denmark, Austria,

Germany, England and Slovakia.

After that we showed the results to the other Danish students

In the evening we took part in a classical concert

On Friday, we went into a farm

They breed cows, there were hundreds of them!! From the big ones…

..to the little ones!

Then, we went to a viking museum..

..where we could dress up like vichings or other characters

Before we went home we also visited the North see!

In the evening we had a tipical Danish dinner

We could eat a lot of tastful meals

Everyone received a certificate of participation

And wearing the Fairtrade t-shirts we said goodbye

The last day, before we left, we also visited Hamburg
