Important Note: For optimum fit and ease of installation, right handed operators should install and remove anvils starting on the left end of cylinder, moving left to right. The opposite is recommended for left handed operators. dayCorr Diamond Loc Attachment System Installation & Removal Instructions 1. Clean all foreign material from the cylinder slot. Be sure all burrs are removed from slot edge as indicated. Channel should move freely in cylinder slot. 2. Install Diamond Loc knurled channels at each end position on the cylinder. Mount plain channels in the remainder of the slot. Use the mounting screws provided. 3. For ease of installation, lubricate both lead and trail flanges of the mat locations indicated. 4. Simply drive or roll mat end flange into the channel. Rotate the cylinder and repeat the process, making sure the sides or ends of the mat line up evenly. Repeat the process for the remainder of the mats. Position the removal tool’s blade at the top of the slot between the surface of the cylinder and under the anvil. (1) Pull the tool between the anvil and the cylinder. (2) Press down on the handle to lift the leg from the channel. Repeat steps 1 & 2 until the removal tool blade can be positioned in the channel and under the anvil. Using two hands, pull the tool across the anvil, keeping the handle parallel to the mat’s surface. Use a thin blade screwdriver to raise the side of the damaged mat at the corner until it is free of the channel*. Insert the removal tool and pull across the mat as in normal removal. *Typically, at this point, the mat can be pulled out. If not, use the screwdriver as above to free the other end. Instrucciones de Instalación y Removimiento

1. Limpie bien la ranura del cilindro removi-endo todo material ajeno. Asegúrese deremover todo abrojo de la orilla de la ranuracomo se indica. El canal deberá deslizarselibremente en la ranura.

2. Instale los Canales ‘Diamond Loc’ conestrías en los dos extremos del cilindro.Monte los canales planos en el resto de laranura. Utilice los tornillos de montajeproveídos.

3. Para facilitar la instalación, lubriqueambos extremos del reborde de la mantillaen las partes indicadas con las flechas.

4. Simplemente impulse o enrolle el reborde de la mantilla dentro delcanal. Gire el cilindro y repita este proceso, asegurándose que los ladosde la mantilla se alineen de manera uniforme. Repita este proceso con elresto de las mantillas.

Posicione la navaja de la herramienta sobre la ranura entre la superficie del cilindro y debajo de la mantilla. (1) Jále la herramienta entre la mantilla y el cilindro.(2) Oprima el mango de la herramienta hacia abajo para
