LIMITED WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

Diablo Wheels obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Diablo Wheels option, without charge, excluding freight if product is found to be defective.

Diablo Wheels Chrome Warranty: All Diablo Wheels chrome plated wheels, chrome plated by Diablo Wheels, are fully warranted against plating defects for one (1) year from invoice date. Customer abuse or failure to maintain and clean wheels will void warranty. All wheels considered for adjustment must be authorized and accompanied by an RGA# prior to return to Diablo Wheels. Upon receipt (freight prepaid) and inspection, wheels will be replaced, re-chromed or returned depending on credibility of the claim.

Any modification to a Diablo Wheels product, including but not limited to the following will result in voiding of limited warranty.:• Wheels that have been damaged in transit, by accident, misuse or negligence, or that have been repaired or altered.• Wheels damaged due to adverse weather conditions and road chemicals.• Wheels: that have not been installed or cared for properly.• Wheels that have been installed with tires that exceed the recommended size or used with excessive vehicle loads.• Wheels altered in any manner, such as changing of bolt circle diameter, the offset or the center bore• Wheels that have been installed with other than Diablo Wheels approved accessories such as adapters or spacers used to change the original bolt pattern or offset.• Wheels used off-road or for racing.

This warranty is valid only when product is returned with pre-approval to an authorized dealer, freight prepaid, together with original sales slip for proof of purchase.

All returns must have RGA# or shipment will be refused.

All returns are subject to a store credit, no returns unless otherwise arranged.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise arranged.

Note: All wheels should be carefully inspected for proper fit on the vehicle prior to mounting. Diablo Wheels reserves the right to change wheel specifications in this catalog without prior notice.
