Following are complete steps of DHA exam
Before going to the DHA website you must have the scanned copy
of
the following documents.a)Degreeb)Mark Sheetc)Pharmacy
Registrationd)Experience Lettere)Passportf) Photograph with White
Background
1. First you visit DHA websitewww.dha.gov.aeClick on the link
Licensing services. Click on the Register
yourself as a New User Now u will be in the NEW USER
REGISTRATION WINDOW
2. Wait for at least 1-2 days or (on the spot depend on the
network)
to get approval of your Log-in ID
3. Then after approval of you Log-in go to DHA Website and
loginwith user name and password. Then click on Individual Home
Now
u will be in Individual Home Page in this Page Click on the
HealthRegulation Services Now u are in Professional Home Page
Here u have to click on New Professional LicenseAt first they
ask to Fill online Application form (allied health in
technician category).Attach all the required documents (
1-Passport, 2-Photograph, 3-
Experience certificate ,4-Pharm-D / B pharm, degree,+
Transcript,Valid License from pharmacy council or renewal of
license to
Practice in Home Country) in scanned form. After submitting
onlineapplication wait DHA message to get your application
approved.
NOTE ( experience certificate should be of pharmacist
experience..
only domain PHARMACIST.. no clinical or retail pharmacist..
be
careful)
the attestation of documents is not necessary DHA will do all
theprocess itself if some buddy do it .. So well & good.
4. Once your application will be approved, check your DHA
site
inbox, DHA will ask you to submit 210 AED online. [Credit Card
(only
UAE acceptable) or Cash at DHA Office]

5. After submission of Application fee DHA will send message
within2-3 days in your inbox to purchase DHA book from DHA office
in
Business Village, Block-C, Clock Tower, dera, Dubai (near dera
city
center BUS STOP if u come from sharjah in bus or if u come
in
metro come to dera city center METRO STATION ). The book cost
is210 AED. DHA will give receipt of Book Purchase. Upload that
receipt
in scanned form on DHA website inbox in your application in
lastpage in additional documents section then submit it...
6. Then after 2-3 days DHA will send message in your inbox
tosubmit PSV (Primary source verification) Fee 724 AED online.
7. After submitting PSV Fee DHA will take 5-6 days for
verification.Once verification completed, DHA will send u Data Flow
report of
PSV.
8. If report positive than DHA will message you to schedule
DHA-
Exam date. One can select date of his/her own convenience,
DHAconduct exam on every Sunday in Sheikh Rashid Hospital
/behind
trauma center, ( udh metha METRO STATION is nearby if u comein
metro) come early to find the place as it difficult to find for
newcomers ). Bring original receipt of the Pharmacy DHA book at
the
time of exam and submit at the examiner desk, Dont forget to
bringyour passport for entrance examination hall
9. DHA will confirm your exam date after receiving Normal Date
DHA
Exam Fee 260 AED online and Urgent Date DHA Exam Fee is 2010AED
online.
DHA exam is computer based test having 50 MCQs to be attemptedin
50min. Passing score is 60%. You will get you score at the same
time you submit your attempted paper online. (About 60% Examfrom
the DHA book and rest from all your pharmacy practice. as
observed by Candidates up to date)
(All the process taking 20-30 DAYS if you do all the process in
duetime) (DATA FLOW REPORT WILL TAKE 30-60 DAYS)
10. After Passing exam DHA will issue you Eligibility
Letterfor
searching employment with in few days (10-15days). Then
after
getting Job on the basis of that eligibility Letter, last step
will be toupload your Labor Card on DHA website and lastly the DHA
License

will e issued in your name @ the cost of 3000 AED that will be
paid
by your employer :)
