1. Operation of the Approval Maintenance Organization within the scope of this Certificate of Approval is subject to all applicable requirements of Parts 145 of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR).

2. The Accountable Manager, on behalf of the organization, shall be responsible to the Director General of Civil Aviation for ensuring a satisfactory standard of operation of the organization.

3. An Organization with a Limited Rating shall maintain a document containing detailed information regarding its capability for performing maintenance and alteration in accordance with applicable airworthiness requirements, and the type of the work the organization is capable of performing on aeronautical products. The document shall be in form of Capability List, and shall include complete data relating to, as applicable, the make, model, part name and part number for each aeronautical product within the organization's scope of approval.

4. All work within the scope of this approval must be performed in compliance with all specified requirements for the housing, facilities, equipment, tools, material, technical data, processes, and personnel.

5. All work performed within the scope of this approval to an Indonesian registered aircraft shall be reported to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in the form of a quarterly report. Reports may be mailed to the Directorate of Airworthiness and Aircraft Operation 22nd Floor, Gedung Karya, JI. Medan Merdeka Barat No. 8 Jakarta Pusat 10110 - Indonesia.
