Lack of resources have been reported by the Project Manager for approx. 6 months

PM contacted Chair and deputy Chair: Not possible to deliver according to plan because of the funding situation. Proposes to phase the deliverables into two: First delivery containing the two Task DEXs

PM put the review activities on hold in case reduced scope is accepted
