Achieving a successful fit out requires a methodical approach. With experienced project managers, your time is spent managing your business knowing that all aspects of the project have been seen to. We will provide continuous updates and ensure that all actions have your buy in. A project time line is created at the beginning, giving a day by day breakdown and accountability matrix for all parties involved.

Looking at the project size and requirements, Devine Designs allocates the resources that are compatible with the needs and budget of the project. This translates into costs savings for the client. Products and services are procured from stable and reliable sources, companies that we have contracted with over many years. Budgets are set upfront. There are no hidden clauses or extra over costs which suddenly materialize at the end of the project. All terms required for the project are signed off; colour, type and style are all documented and agreed upon before they are procured. SERVICES AND PROCESSESS

BRIEF AND FACILITIES ASSESSMENT

Before signing a lengthy lease, Devine Designs will analyze your requirements and liaise with the property brokers to start the building selection process.

SPACE NEEDS ANAYLSIS

A document indicating exactly what your company space requirements are, including projected growth and all other facilities.

BUILDING SELECTION Devine Designs will grade the selected buildings showing which options are best suited to your office needs.

BLOCK AND STACKING PLANS The information gathered is captured and placed onto a block plan indicating placement of the departments and public areas.

PROCESS ANALYSIS We will meet with the management team and advise on the most effective space utilization for an effective and efficient work environment.


Services cont… SPACE PLANNING

Once the block layout has been agreed on and furniture surveyed, Devine Designs will space plan the building or floor indicating exact positions of persons and furniture.

CONCEPT DESING AND RENDERINGS The design team will produce 3D renderings of the space giving you an accurate idea of the look and feel that is being proposed. All items and colours will be provided for sign off prior to procurement and installation.

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS All items are placed onto CAD for accurate costing as well as disbursement to the relevant contractors for an accurate fit out.

PRODUCT SELECTION Products that are appropriate for the lease period and budget and that carry the correct guarantees will be sourced for the project.

BUDGET SELECTION AND DETAILED COSTING A document giving you the choice to select finishes over three grades (economy, deluxe and prestige) per item specified for the fit out. This includes furniture and peripheral items. This allows you to select the total budget before committing. There are no hidden costs or escalations at the end of the project.


Services cont… PROCUREMENT

Devine Designs will procure the project from established suppliers. Due to the volume of orders placed, we are in a position to get the best costs and delivery times on products and finishes.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT A dedicated Project manager will over see all aspects of the fit out from start to finish. We supply constant updates, photographs and site meetings.

MOVE DAY MANAGEMENT Devine Designs will be on hand to oversee the move in day often the most stressful part of a project. Our systems will ensure a hassle free move in period with limited disruption.

COUNCIL AND FIRE PERMITS Devine Designs will liaise with all relevant council departments to ensure that all codes are adhered to.

HANDOVER DOCUMENTATION, GUARANTEES ADHERENCE AND POST FIT OUT SERVICE

For Devine Designs, after sales service is a given. We make ourselves available long after the fit out it completed to ensure that any latent defects or new requirements can be attended to by the same team, allowing for project continuity.
