PUBLIC NOTICESAUCTION OF IMPOUNDED MOTOr VEhICLES

Council will be holding an auction of abandoned motor vehicles at the Kingfisher Waste Facility on Kingfisher Road, Port Macquarie on Saturday 14 May 2016. Viewing of the vehicles will commence at 11.00am with the auction commencing at 12.00 midday. All prospective buyers should register prior to the commencement of the auction.Payment and removal of all items and vehicles are required on the day of the auction – Cash or cheque only (Sorry, no eftpos facilities provided). The following motor vehicles have been impounded by Council in accordance with Section 16 of the Impounding Act, 1993 and will be offered for auction if not claimed beforehand by the owners:

The One Year Operational Plan 2016-2017 lists the actions, programs and activities Council will undertake during the financial year July 2016 to June 2017 inclusive. This plan is one of the documents required by the NSW Government’s Integrated Planning and Reporting framework.The 2016-2017 Operational Plan and associated Revenue Policy and Fees and Charges, are on public exhibition from Thursday 21 April through to Thursday 19 May 2016 at all Council offices, libraries and at pmhclistening.com.au. POrT MACqUArIE hASTINgS COUNCIL FLOOD POLICY INFOrMATION DrOP-IN SESSION

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council is holding a public information drop-in session at the Laurieton School of Arts Hall from 3pm to 6pm on Wednesday 11th May 2016.Council staff will be available to answer questions on the new Flood Policy and what applicants need to consider when building in flood prone areas. All members of the public are welcome to attend. Enquiries should be directed to Jesse Dick at Council on 6581 8111.
