Developmental state is defined the role ofgovernment as the

for their interest.
The number of BIA increase since full-scaleindustrialization
carrying out at 1960, and this
happen because there is 2 factor :1. Since the government
established two constitution about the
representation of business interest, government pulled
theformation of the organization in order to implement the
efectivity of development strategy.
