Crupi’s East Gwillimbury Investment Ltd. has submitted a Site Plan application that proposes to amend the existing Site Plan Agreement on the subject property to permit the construction of two new self-storage buildings at the southwest corner of the property. The 4.122 ha (10.184 acre) subject property is municipally known as 98 Sluse Road and is located on the west side of Sluse Road, north of Oriole Drive in the community of Holland Landing, as shown on Appendix 1. The proposed Site Plan, shown on Appendix 2, includes two new one-storey self- storage buildings with a gross floor area of 446m 2 (4,800f 2 ) each, for a total new proposed gross floor area of 892m 2 (9,600f 2 ). The subject site is currently occupied by a one-storey single detached dwelling, and four one-storey buildings used for storage and office purposes. Access to the site is provided from Sluse Road. The Site Plan application has been circulated to internal departments and applicable agencies, as required. Further reporting on this application will be provided throughout this process. This memo is provided to inform Council of the submission of a Site Plan application.
