CONCEPT
TTransforming the natural inspiration to ar-chitectural design concept, to capture forest, an intangible element represented by the magnificent view of nature, by cre-ating proportional opening to human scale in comparison to the scenery’s. Raised on a gentle slope, 10-storey of living units are organized with linear system to maximize building exposure to the nature. Balconies are extended from interior living space to hold outdoor living activities throughout the day. Interior space is overwhelmed by the scenery from inside, but building outside is humble comparing to the surroundincomparing to the surrounding. Building scale is refined by horizontal elements and connected through vertical beams. Project does not only concern about the natural scenery. Maximize viewing area and functional organization for the residents to be able to live closest to the nature within the comfortable living space, but also create co-existence of architecture and mesmerizing natural surroundings.

LAND A
Each generously-sized apartment is conceptualised to capture the essence along with the facilities of a modern condominium. Bringing a condominium. Bringing a contemporary touch to the gracious living of the past, all homes feature expansive balconies that also serve as living rooms view of forest. According to the local regulation, 12m wide regulation, 12m wide construction lane is required around the residential buildings. The second lake was also proposed here, allowing proposed here, allowing the residents to have a better view of the forest. However, we strategically planned 4 buildings, in order to minimize hardscape road, leaving hardscape road, leaving the rest of the landscape area as permeable surface, using pebbles and lawn. Project area is a transitional space between the sloping land and the forest.

LAND B
With its steep terrain, it was hardly used as function area. Instead of filling or cutting the existing landscape, we decide to landscape, we decide to use and demonstrate what we already have, the 30,5-meter elevation and 2 basament floor. A series of steps, terraces and lake were integrated into the slope in order to make the slope in order to make the space more safe and more functional. Residents were encouraged to spend time at the site, instead of just passing by to the forest. As a result, they tend to use residential area as their residential area as their resting space before reaching the forest.

The plan layout is grouped to form a compact building entity, providing both a coherent base for environmental coherent base for environmental performance concepts and a reply to the insertion of the program within the existing site. The density of the resulting model frees up the garden area and the facade of the building behind. This ‘compacting’ of the building is the result of a study of the building is the result of a study to optimise its volumetric constraints and orientation in order to gain a maximum of direct sunlight without penalising the existing neighbours.
