Abdullah Aykut Mert, has graduated from Selçuk University Computer Engineering Department in 2002 and Turkish Aeronautical Association University Information Technology (IT) Master's Department in 2016. Since 2004, he has been working as a software engineer and systems integration engineer at HAVELSAN within the scope of various defense projects.

Serdar Üzümcü, Systems Engineering Group Lead at HAVELSAN Over 15 years professional experience working in avionics, defence and security industry. Relevant experience in software/systems engineering, program management, engineering management and technical/operational consulting gives me the ability to manage complex systems and processes with priorisation of customer demands in multi-cultural environments.

Fatih ATAY, Information Systems Analysis &Design Team Leader at Havelsan 15 years of Systems Engineer experince on defence projects includes 9 year Coast Guard Projects (Search& Rescue Ship and Coastal Surviellance Radar System).

• Operation Center uses an Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) based on

Service Oriented Architecture

• ESB forms an information hub among partners

that contribute and use maritime situational

awareness data

• Every government agency filters COP for

their intention ;

• Fishing Regulations

• Smuggling Activities

• Pollution Prevention etc.

• For example fishing vessels and their activities are tracked by

Government Agencies using filtered COP, to check if they obey

fishing regulations

• Statistical accumulation of Maritime Situational Awareness data can

be used for data mining to profile suspicious activities
