Sampson, Adam. "If not prison, then what?" Renewal 14.3 (2006): 44+. Literature Resource Center. Web. 14 Oct. 2015.

This source is great for the analyzation of the justice system. This is good for my topic because the justice system is a part of forensic analysis. The article talks about prisons and how the release to lower populations in facilities caused riots of the public.

Kaushansky, Maria. "The International Criminal Court's Outreach Programme: Translating the Narrative of the Court." Order No. MR90048 York University (Canada), 2012. Ann Arbor: ProQuest. Web. 14 Oct. 2015.

This source can be used for its observation on the lawyer-people communication. It will help to develop better understanding of the playout of forensics in the court room. It will show us how forensic analysis can lead to a guilty or non-guilty plea.

Reinhardt, William R. "Specious Rights: Myth Vs. Reality in the American Criminal Justice System." Order No. 3402083 Fielding Graduate University, 2010. Ann Arbor: ProQuest. Web. 14 Oct. 2015.

This source is great for learning more about the criminal justice system. We must learn more about the justice system before we can close in on the forensic analysis. What is found in forensic analysis is used to persuade a case.

Patrick Bayer, Randi Hjalmarsson and David Pozen The Quarterly Journal of Economics Vol. 124, No. 1 (Feb., 2009), pp. 105-147

This journal informs us on how to group individuals based on their criminal behavior. This is important when placing individuals in the place they will serve their time. It is also full of information on understanding the criminals.

Benforado, Adam. “The New Science Behind Our ‘Unfair’ Criminal Justice System.” NPR, 6 July 2015. Web. 11 Oct. 2015.

This source informs us of the bias in the court systems. It tells us about when pressured, suspects will confess to crimes they didn’t commit. It also talks about how police are sometimes biased when administering an investigation.

Kaste, Martin. “‘Great Pause’ Among Prosecutors As DNA Proves Fallible.” NPR, 9 Oct. 2015. Web. 11 Oct. 2015.

This is a really great source, It informs us that not all DNA convictions have been accurate. We get to hear an interview between a DNA lab technician and an NPR interviewer. These days we find out that DNA evidence isn’t as reliable as we had first believed. To accurately find a suspect based on DNA, there must be a good technician who knows what they’re doing working the case.

Casey, E. (2011). Digital Evidence and Computer Crime: Forensic Science,Computers, and the Internet. Waltham, MA: Elsevier Inc.

This source informs us about evidence. It informs of the different types of evidence and when it is best to use those. It also tells us how the evidence can be collected.

Moody, K. J., Grant, P. M., & Iutcheon, I. D. (2015). Nuclear Forensic Analysis, Second Edition. Raton, FL: Taylor & Francis Group.

This source goes into technical detail of forensic analysis. It goes so far as to give mathematical formulas to better calculate. This can be used because of its detail. This article

explains the process used to decipher evidence and examine what has been found. It helps us to better analyze what we have been given.

Spring, S. (10-10-15). Assignment One. Retrieved from http://sspring6.wix.com/sunshine#!--it-feels-like-home-to-me/crrl

This is my assignment one. I believe that this will give me the most information. In this there is observations of what is thought to be done in forensic settings. There isn’t just forensic analysis but also inter human analysis. This is going to be my best resource.

:SUMMARY:I truly believe that without this homework assignment I would’ve been completely lost!!! Because of this homework I was forced to find sites that would give me information on a topic that I chose. This was difficult because the first few topics I had chosen drew no luck. That meaning I didn’t find jack squat on them. I at first was going to study human analysis. My idea of human analysis being, the ability to read a person based on first glance. Knowing how they feel, what their childhood must’ve been like and what types of people they are now. Needless to say I couldn’t find any information on

that so I decided to shift my attention and I changed my topic to the comparison between TV and real life in the court room. All and all I wouldn’t have chosen a good line of inquiry had it not been for this

assignment.
