DETER | DETECT | DEFEND eNewsletter from Patriot One Technologies Inc. JULY 2019 APRIL - JUNE 2019 - Second Quarter Issue #13 - Pg 1 NFORCED VOLUME 13 Patriot One Technologies had a very successful Q2, 2019 through pilot deployments of its PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform and related sensor components. PURCHASE ORDERS: During the second quarter, the Company announced its first multi-million dollar PATSCAN Platform purchase order. The Company is in the process of securing additional purchase orders via 12 initial reseller partners in the Americas and EMEA. Additional announcements will be made as soon as commercial considerations allow. ISC WEST (TRADE SHOW): The quarter was also a huge market profile success for Patriot One through a large presence at the International Security Conference–West (ISC West) in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to the 20’ x 20’ island booth, the Company offered a private showroom inside the Sands/Venetian Conference Center for its reseller partners (and many of their clients) to show off deployment ideas and demonstrations of the PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform. Resellers and their clients experienced the Platform and many of its sensor components, including one new technology that is now in final evaluation. The list of interested Tier 1 (Global), Tier 2 (National) and Tier 3 (Regional) security system integrator/reseller partners was overwhelming, and end-users included several top Fortune 100 brands. Furthermore, several non-exhibiting attendees, with aspirations as potential competitors, stopped by to check out the new Patriot One booth and to speak with the team. Prior to the ISC West kickoff, CEO Martin Cronin participated in a local radio show with Las Vegas’ own Wayne Allyn Root (WAR Radio), where he shared information on the PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform and its progress in pilots and trials. CISCO LIVE: Patriot One was one of 13 innovation partners who were special guests at Cisco’s Innovation Lab during the 2019 Cisco Live event in downtown San Diego at the beginning of June. The Company introduced its PATSCAN VRS component of the PATSCAN Multi-Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform, while “tweeting” out its work with Cisco’s Toronto Innovation team demonstrating a mobile VRS solution designed for law enforcement use. WHAT’S COMING: Q3 and Q4, 2019 will be equally exciting with sales of the PATSCAN Multi- Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform, as well as ensuring that its brand is front and center at key industry events, including ISC East / New York, IACP / Chicago and International Security Expo / London. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

During the past quarter Patriot Onersquos Business Development Team has been hard at work to secure purchase orders from its first round of key reseller clients while managing the rollout of the PATSCAN Multi Sensor Covert Threat Detection Platform and related sensor components In addition the team has successfully managed the expectations of a huge amount of reseller and end-client customer inquiries which continue to demonstrate ongoing demand for the PATSCAN Platform

The University of North Dakota (UND) Centre of Excellence for Threat Detection is in full swing with the PATSCAN Platform and all related sensor components with the exception of the STS system which is undergoing final stage development The Patscan Platform and its components are being trialled at a number of different locations throughout the center and on campus The UND Police Department have actively engaged in being a part of these deployments in order to help with the development of improved policies and procedures for first responders

As the Company begins to roll out the PATSCAN Platform our Business Development team are beginning to see Tier 1 Global Reseller partners intensively engage During the next quarter the team will be finalizing key partner agreements which in turn will lead to key deployments and integration programs on a global basis

CEO CORNER

The second quarter started out with a bang in April with our up-listing to the TSX main board after only 2 12 years We also had a series of very successful meetings at our new booth and private meeting room at the ISC West Show in April You know you are doing something right when Tier 1 2 and 3 resellers plus Fortune 100 clients stop by to review your product offering often noting that you were the only company that they came to see

In May our team began to focus on hardening many of the components in our PATSCAN Platform including the CMR VRS and STS as well as final evaluation of other threat detection components

June was a hectic month not only with our major purchase order announcement with Cramer Securities out of West Virginia but also with our TSX up-listing event and other key sales events including Cisco Live National Association of School Resource Officer (NASRO) Conference NBA Security Conference and International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administration Conference Not only did these events prove fruitful but our partners at Cisco Smarter Security and ReconaSense all want to begin integration and new product deployment programs with our Platform

All in all it was a fast exciting quarter and the start of an exciting new stage in the companyrsquos journey on the senior TSX public exchange and in the commercial marketplace through our PATSCAN Platform deployments

I wish to thank you all for the support you have shown me and the team We are excited by recent events and look forward to making additional PATSCAN related announcements as the summer unfolds
