    All the members who form the groups, studied werehomogenous with regular savings and group-meetings.

    Saving habit has incresed among the members of thegroup.

    Timely recovery of loans is a problem due to moreneeds and less income.

    Maximum groups are women groups wih involvementin specific activities leading to women empowermentthrough economic independence.

    Due to lack of proper project involvement in specificactivities income is less and it effects the incomegeneration.

    Although the members are involved in somework but it is restricted to small number ofgroups.

    The activities in which they are involved are

    not yielding them proper income as expecteddue involvement in traditional professions,inwhich there is a large competition.

    The profit margin is less, and the poor gets

    less money in hands in turn upliftment of thepoor above poverty line is not achievedthrough the scheme.

    A field-officer should be appointed to look afterthe activities in the field and look after theinternal and external progress of the groups.

    This will also help in the grading process to be

    done as early as possible. Firstly the rules and regulations must be told to

    the each and every group members by thefascilitator at the time of formation of group.

    There should be some flexibility in the criteria for

    the sanctioning of the loans and it should be forsuch activities that may yield proper income tothe groups

    A requesting approach to the block office souldbe made by the fascilitator or the field officer forthe training assistance, as the women membersare interested to do work but due to lack of skillsthey are forced to do traditional work facing

    compettition. Proper market channel should be provided to the

    product makers required for product exposure. Since the number of SHGs were very less in the

    district through Cashpor Microcredit, the

    institution should offer group accounts throughNGOs. There could be institution monitoring cell at the

    branch level.
