Here’s a great example of it – I lost my debit card this week. I phoned my bank on Tuesday and was told it would be 5-7 days. This was a problem as I was going away on business for 4 days on the Friday. I asked if it would be there by then and, without promising, the bank said although it couldn’t guarantee it, it would try and if not, would arrange for me to pick up all the cash I need from a local bank. Thursday morning my card is delivered. Wow. You see it doesn’t have to be expensive, nor time consuming – it’s about doing the unexpected, going that extra mile and exceeding client’s expectations. I see a growing brand of new age Entrepreneurs wanting to get all over your client base and they are prepared to put in the effort to distinguish themselves. So if you want to continue to grow, keep your clients, and improve your bottom line, time to add the WOW factor. So what is the WOW factor? Here’s a great example of it – I lost my debit card this week. I phoned my bank on Tuesday and was told it would be 5-7 days.
