Fully read the instruction manual before assembly, securely tighten the bolts with a screwdriver, and use all of the assembly parts without leaving any parts unused to assemble correctly.

When assembling, do not use an electric screwdriver. When any force more than necessary is applied, the product may be broken or the bolt may not be removed.

After assembling, fully tighten the product on a flat surface, and make sure that each part is securely installed.

This product uses natural wood.Each product will have a slightly different appear-ance and may differ in wood grain and color from the catalog and sample products.

There may be some parts and members which are not used depending on the assembling pattern. Store them in a safe place as these parts will always be necessary when re-combining. Purchase parts again when they are lost.

Immediately after purchase, this product may emit adhesive or paint odors. In such a case, sufficiently ventilate and aerate. Periodically allow for ventilation.

When installing and moving this product, make sure two persons carry the product without dragging it.(Dragging the product may result in damage to floors.)

When the product is installed in a high humidity location, mold, etc., may grow. Periodically allow for ventilation.

Do not handle this product roughly or use for any other purpose than speci-fied. Never apply body weight to any point on the product, or ride on it. It may result in turnover or breakage, and is extremely dangerous.

Cautions for handling

Select a horizontal and stable location for installation. Use in a location where the floor is inclined or unstable may result in turnover or an accident, and is dangerous.

Avoid using this product in a location subject to direct sunlight, high temperatures or high humidity or in a location subject to direct heat and wind from a heating stove or air conditioner. It may result in alteration, deformation or discoloration.

Do not place any hot object directly on the product.It may result in alteration, deformation or discoloration.

Do not rub the product with hard material, and do not write with a writing instrument such as a ball-point pen with a hard tip without using a desk mat.It may result in deformation or flaws.

Periodically inspect for looseness of the bolts and connecting parts of the members, and securely re-tighten them when there is any looseness.Use while there is looseness may result in risks of deformation, breakage and turnover.

Do not allow the product to become wet and remain wet and do not leave a wet cloth on the product. It may result in deformation, cracks, swelling, stains or corrosion of the surface material. When the surface becomes wet, immediately wipe so that no moisture is left.

Do not attach any seals or cellophane tape, etc., to the product.It may result in removal of the surface material.

Cautions for installation

To ensure long-term use

Make sure to wipe with a dry and soft cloth along the wood grain. Use with a wet cloth may result in cracks and swelling. When the product is very dirty, moisten a soft cloth with a diluted neutral agent (dishwashing soap), and tightly squeeze it to wipe away dirt completely. And then, wipe with a soft dry cloth so that no soapy residue remains. When a large amount of moisture remains, deformation and discoloration may result.

Natural wood is natural material, therefore, the material will have its own unique grain and color. In other words, each product may differ slightly in color due to the characteristics of natural wood. In addition, natural wood is a material which breathes. Therefore, warpage or distortion may occur depending on use environment. These features give natural wood its attractive quality. The longer the product is used, the greater these features will be enhanced.* Natural wood means solid wood, back piece, laminated wood and sliced veneer, etc.

Do not use a lcohol-based or th inner-based solvent/chemical waste cloth or commercial cleaner since it will damage the surface. It may result in discoloration, etc.

About care

Characteristics of natural woods

Make sure to only place an object on the product within the maximum loading mass. Install parts of 2 and rear panel (upper) to the right side panel, and then install the left side panel and securely tighten the screw-type connector.

When storing the two-stage wagon at desktop heights of JIS No. 2/3, it is necessary to separate the upper drawer unit (upper drawer) of the wagon. Please refer to page 11 for installation method.* When not installing the upper unit of the two-stage

wagon under the desktop, install the caps for nut of e at positions shown in the diagram.

Insert the desktop receiving dowels of d (4 locations) into the desktop receiving dowel holes provided on the side panel, and temporarily place the desktop.

* Make sure to install all of the desktop receiving dowels at the same height.

Install the rear panel (middle) to the fixed shelf plate with the connecting bolt of o, and securely tighten.Assemble so that the seal is at the upper side rear face.

Install the parts of 2 and the rear panels (upper and lower) to the left side panel, and then install the right side panel, and securely tighten the screw-type connec-tor.

Assemble so that the seal is at the upper side rear face.

A. When only using the bookshelf, proceed to A-4. B. When using in connection with the desk, proceed to B-4.

the wagon body.② Screw the removed connecting bolts into the locations shown in

the diagram.* The installing location is only the right side toward the main body.

③ Install the drawer unit such that the drawer front panel is directed upward, and turn the screw-type connectors two positions to the left in the clockwise direction to tighten.

(So that the front panel is directed upward)
