ZERONY COMBO Series is sound absorbing and insulating sheet containing sound absorbing, vibration damping,

and sound insulating properties simultaneously. Two components are laminated in a integrated form, where polyesteror polypropylene - based sound absorbing material of excellent sound absorption efficiency is attached onto dampingsheet of excellent sound insulating and vibration damping efficiencies.Particularly, polyester or polypropylene fiber based Melt-blown sound absorbing material is used for absorptive and heat insulating material and ZERONY Sheet TP Series or B Series is used for noise insulating material.

ZERONY COMBO TC Series is sound absorbing and insulating sheet containing sound absorbing, vibration damping, and sound insulating properties simultaneously.

Two components are laminated in an integrated form, where carbon felt-based sound absorbing material of excellent

sound absorption efficiency is attached onto damping sheet of excellent sound insulating and vibration damping efficiency.

Particularly, carbon felt used for sound absorbing material is sound absorptive and heat insulating material of

excellent fire resistance and is a new harmless material of environmental affinity, and ZERONY Sheet TP series is used

for vibration damping material, and is a functional material of fire resistance and superior noise insulating efficiency.

ZERONYPaint MPU-F Series

ZERONY Paint MPU-F Series is a liquid type vibration damping material made from the complex of polyurethanes and resins with excellent vibration damping and weatherproofing properties, added with high functional inorganic fillers.

It doesn’t contain any solvent and is composed with polyol and isocyanate parts.

It is a reactive type damping material. It is very useful to make constrained damping materials with steel, plywoods and

so on. Specially it has self-leveling property and it can be used as a floating floor in a ship. Excellent fire and heat

resistant types are available.

ZERONY T-Pad Series is a thermal interface sheet containing high thermal conductivity and good vibration damping properties simultaneously. Two types polymers are used as base materials laminated with releasing films.

Modified-butyl rubber and modified-silicone rubber are compounded with high functional ceramics and additives.

They can reduce solid-borne noise effectively and transfer unwanted heat to outside. Particularly, they have self-

adhesiveness, so they can be installed easily.

Sound Absorbing Soft Board

ZERONY PET Series is a new harmless material of environmental affinity, made of polyester fiber

based material, being developed by our accumulated R&D and manufacturing technologies for substitution of glass wool, rock wool, urethane foam, etc.ZERONY PET Series is a functional sound absorption material being manufactured to contain a variety of density, excellent heat resistance, outstanding sound absorption, and fire resistance. Thermally fusing polyester fibers are highly durable and harmless to human body through special treatment process.As ZERONY PET Series is not processed with any adhesives in a different way of glass wool or rock wool, it is very good for recycling and for water drainage, and also it has semi-permanent durability as it is neither weathered nor fly-scattered even in long term use.
