Technical Eligibility criteria ( as section 1 clause no.3)of 12000 sq. mt job with 60% DGU and 40% of ACP.we request to consider the same eligibity criteria of façade with 12000 sq.mt with ACP , single glass , aluminium fins, laminated glass and spider glass instead of only DGU and ACP. In Gujarat as there is very slow trend of High rise business centre it is not possible to have large façade that too with DGU , It will be very unfair to consider only DGU and not single glass , frameless glass , laminated glass , the design criteria does not have major difference in putting DGU and single glass. Hence we request to consider the façade of minimum 12000 sq. mt but with single glass, acp, laminated glass, spider fitting and glass glazing.


20. Performance security: Request to make it 5% of total value in place of 10%. (as per section 1. clause 34) and same should be release at the end of project completion.

Soft copy and hard copy of complete Structural / RCC / Brick work Plan, elevation of all sides, sections etc required related to facade work of all the building viz. STP Control Building, DCS Building, UT Viewing Gallery, EPS Building as requested in pre-bid. Further please indicate sizes of the doors required to be considered in 12mm clear glass in all building and which all hardware/system required to be considered. Lastly door will be measured in which BOQ item.



22.

As the MS Structure of UT Viewing of skylight is being taken care by GIFT, request you to kindly pass relevant drawing (Soft as well as Hard Copy) as we need to incorporate our design with your existing structure.



23. Kind guide who will take care of the Guarantee of the glass, acp as the same will be purchase from the specified manufacturer as per your specification. Is it for 10 years or for 20 years.

Further include, required designing as per IS 875-2000 loading,preparation of shop drawings and getting approval from the structuralconsultants for designing and architectural & installation fromArchitect, taking actual site measurements and modifying andcoordinating with site and fabrication yard; giving waterproofing testetc. all confirming to international standards and to the entiresatisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Further the system installed andtested shall be guaranteed for 10 years in approved proforma onstamp paper of appropriate value.

i) Vision panel of DGU with 6mm toughened Glass of SKN 265 of SaintGloban or Eclipse advantage bronze of Pilkington Glass India PVT.Ltd or Bronze Brook of AIS. + 12mm thick argon gas + 6mm thick heatstrengthen high performance clear glass.

ii) including Spandrel panel with 6mm thick heat strengthen glass of SKN265 of Saint Globan or Eclipse advantage bronze of Pilkington GlassIndia PVT. Ltd or Bronze Brook of AIS and GI sheet fabricated in aTray form duly filled with glass wool of required density of approvedmake with one side tissue and the other side with aluminum foil tapedfixed with GI framework by SS 304L grade screws and the peripherygap between the GI Sheet frame & Aluminum framework shall besealed by approved silicon weather sealant including the cost ofpainting to match the color of glass.

iii) including Openable panels
