Lumut is a coastal town in the state of Perak, Malay-sia. Situated about 84km from Ipoh, 12km from the town of Setiawan and it is the gateway to Pangkor Island. It is a quaint little town famous for its beautiful seashells and coral handicrafts. This once little known fishing town has since become the home base of the Royal Malaysia Navy. However, the growth devel-opment at Lumut town is distracted by some issues. The unproper usage of land contribute to the bad view of this famous town. The Issues, lead some local problem to Lumut. Thus. A great planning should be propose to resolve this problem. Heritage Spa that situated at Kuala Lumpur has interests with one of the site at Lumut. They propose to develop a Spa health Centre at the site. The site itself have potential to be develop. The scenary view of the beach and vegetation at site give a natural great atmosphere.

Malay kampung culture and lifestyle is a demonic manifestation of society in Malaysia. In a develop-ment towards the developed state, the local cul-tural must be conserve and preserve for the future generation. The decaying of Kampung lifestyle at site obviously shown through the analysis. The site surround by modern architectural identities.
Negeri Sembilan is famously known as state that rich of culture. Thus, the kampung living style should be revive, in way to create a harmony lifestyle. The kampung element in modern approach proposed to be implement in this development residential properties.

1 MAIN ENTRANCE ( GERBANG DESA )
Gerbang desa is the main entrance and exit of the residential area. Welcoming residents and visitors with first impression of kampung lifestyle. It consist of guard house for safety purpose. The view from gerbang desa is directly to the condominium facade. Give a great sense of welcoming to residents and visitors.
2 COMMUNITY HOUSE ( BALAI MASYARAKAT )
Community house is a place for community activity area. Addaptive of Malay Traditional lifestyle element. The mu-solla as reference, the meeting point between residents and visitors. Consist of multipurpose hall, community room and musolla. It offer a interacial zone between residents and visitors. Decorated with water features and great landscape planting.

A resort-like residential enclave with modern, contemporary architec-tural facade amidst a kampung resort landscape with grenary scape. The ultimate realization of Kampung con-temporary resort concept living.
It is a luxurious kampung living style. The 3 storey semi-detached house design is addaptive of the luxurious and exclusive traditional kampung lifestyle ( bangsawan living style ). Offering a great living space for occupants. Perfect interpretation of traditional bang-sawan living style in modern way. The usage of traditonal malay house identities like anjung ( balcony ) and halaman ( courtyard )

The addaptation of concept kampung living style in vertical approach. The using of malay house element in unit housing design ( anjung, halaman and selang ). The halaman as internal interatial space. ground floor level, provide a needs to residents ;cafetaria, gymnasium, retail shop, library, community centre, activity room and more.

It is a central yard to the residents that consist of swimming pool, water features, children playground and relaxing area. Creating a internal view with greenary landscape.

It is a walk-up appartment with 5 storey height. The design based on the tradi-tional malay house. The appartment of-fer an affordable house for the residents. The concept of kampung living is clearly shown on the facade of appartment.
8 SIDE ENTRANCE
Side entrance is the optional en-trance to this residential area. The entrance from Jalan Desa Orkid. It give a smooth circulation inside the residential area.
