ABOUT THE LOGO

The logo represents the duality between the modern and traditional facets of Canada. The letters in graffiti style are an appeal to youth, while the dreamcatcher brings to mind the American Indian roots of our country.

The colors of the logo represent the essential characteristics of Eastern Canada, such as the abundant water (blue), the expansive and bountiful land (brown), our national emblem, the maple leaf (red) and the quality and diversity of the environment (green).

The World Scout Emblem which represents World Scouting.

minimum size

The logo should not be reproduced in a size less than 2.2 mm high by 3.2 mm wide, and may only be this small if the method of reproduction provides good resolution. The aim is to make sure that the size and method of reproduction allows for a reasonable quality image of the World Scout Emblem.

The smallest usage size of the World Scout emblem is 6

mm high or 5 mm wide.

ARTWORK LIMITATIONS

In order to have consistency and control in the artwork, the following restriction must be consider.

The World Scout Moot, is an Official event of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, for that reason do not add unofficial logos, new elements or emblems which change the original conception of the artwork.

Coo-branding with the National Scout Organization, sponsors, host organizers and external partners is fully permitted.

The World Scout Emblem It is a protected symbol and is therefore subject to licensing restrictions
