Editing

Editing is the proper place to tinker with the wording of your sentences. What seemed to make perfect sense when you wrote the First Copy often seems lacking when you read it over later. Wording may be awkward, or perhaps each sentence starts with the subject of the sentence. Sometimes it just seems like a series of short sentences. There are a number of tools in the editor's toolbox that can indeed help give your writing a tune-up.
