Description of Career Deliver undergraduate academic advising for PACE freshmen. Provide accurate information about program requirements and course prerequisites to students who need advising. Assist students with career exploration, declaring a major, scheduling & registration procedures, dropping & adding courses, understanding University policies and procedures, and other academic and administrative matters. Duties Assist PACE students in career exploration process. Assist students with decisionmaking in choosing majors and guide students in completion of admissions requirements for majors. Assist students with course schedules and selection of courses for each semester. Maintain documentation of student appointments. Provide preliminary advising to prospective students and their parents. Attend Bobcat Days and New Student Orientation to provide preliminary advising and give group presentations. Provide data regarding number of student advised and other information as requested. Coordinate with other academic units regarding questions or problems students are experiencing. Description  of  Career

 Duties
