The possibilities of cooperation in the sphere of culture , in the field of physical culture and sports.

In accordance with the Plan of Cooperation between the boards of education of cities of Stavropol and Des Moines established friendly ties between Stavropol general educational institutions (secondary school number 1, School number 7, number 24 Gymnasium, School number 42, number 5 Lyceum) and the School of De Des Moines (Stowe Elementary, Hubbell Elementary, Walnut Street Elementary, Goodrell Middle School, Merrill Middle School).
