Derayah is a closed joint stock investment company under the Commercial Register No. 1010266977 dated 04/05/1430 AH. Derayah is considered as a licensed legal person and it is allowed to practice asset management activities. It is also registered in the Saudi Capital Market Authority “CMA” under the provisions of the Regulation of Licensed Persons No. 08109-07 on 16/06/2008. Derayah focuses on brokerage, asset management & investment advisory.

In Derayah, we believe that investors in the Arabian Gulf has suffered in the past from absence of accurate and appropriate investment advice, which, in return, led them to bear disastrous investment losses. This is the reason why Derayah was established; to enable the investor to control his or her finances.

In order to achieve that goal, we have developed a single website that simply enables investors to trade in various financial markets and provide them with many investment products offered by several managers, as well as providing the investors with the appropriate advice, information, news and the needed studies to make the right decision.

Derayah Global allows our clients to trade stocks on several stock exchange markets in more than 18 countries, US option contracts and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) at competitive prices with a minimum of $ 1.99 on any transaction.

Our clients have the ability to trade through many types of orders. This includes – but not limited to- market order, fixed price order, stop loss or profit order (which turns into a market order when the security price reaches a certain price set by the client) and the limited to a certain execution price stop loss or profit order, which is limited to a certain execution price (which turns into a fixed price order when the security price reaches a certain price set by the client).

Derayah Global Plus allows its clients to trade with a financial leverage up to 3:1 on capital. The investment products in Derayah Global Plus vary from forex contracts, warrants, debt instruments, futures options, CFDs on indices “ stocks ” and currencies as well as the possibility of trading on metals (gold and silver) in the bullion market in London – which is the center of the international metal market that does not have any hidden commissions and is known for its competitive prices.

Derayah Global Plus is a high-risk product which is also considered to be suitable for clients who wish to trade in high-risk securities. Clients who would like to upgrade to Derayah Global Plus should be aware of the risk associated with trading via Derayah Global Plus. Furthermore, they have to have the willingness and ability to handle the high-risk -which is a riskier level than Trading via Derayah Global. However, in order for Derayah Global Plus’s clients to upgrade their account, they must sign a separate agreement.

Market order:It is an order to buy or sell a specified number of securities at market rates. This order depends on the presence of the required or displayed quantity during the execution validity period.

Trail order:It is an order to buy or sell a specified number of securities in which the trader assigns a certain difference from the market price, which is called the different stop price. To increase the expected profitability, the order will not be executed until the security price reaches the amount assigned by the trader. If the price of the security regressed by more than the difference assigned by the trader, the order will be executed at the actual market prices.

Limit trail order:It is an order to buy or sell a specified number of securities in which the trader assigns a certain difference from the market price, which is called the different stop price. The trader also assigns another different stop price for that number of securities. To increase the expected profitability, the order will not be executed until the security price reaches the amount assigned by the trader. If the price of the security regressed by more than the changing difference assigned by the trader, the order will be executed at the assigned prices.
