Description: handmade cradled wooden panels with nature style drawings of plants, insects and animals combined with encaustic wax, underlying collage and stains.
Title... represents a visual collection of drawings from nature. Whether plants, insects or small animals. The concept is of simplicity and beauty. The choice of medium works to enable the original drawings to work independently with encaustic wax medium to build depth and a smooth finish and stains to create subtle colour.
