My person, Who acquires shares Df the Bank and becomes a shareholder post-dispatch of the Notice of the AGM and holds shares as on the cut-off date I.e. 11th August, 2021, may·obtein the login ID and password by sending a request at evotlng@nsdl.co.ln. However, if a person is already registered with NSDL for a-voting then the existing user ID and password can be used for casting their vote;

II. Shareholders may note that a) The facility for a-voting will also be made available during the AGM,

and those shareholders present in the AGM through VC/OAVM facility, who have not cast their vote on the resolutions through remote a­voting and are otherwise not barred from doing so, shall tie eligible to vote through the a-voting system at the At;>M.
