Orchard Setup Process eSpark Orchard is the first and only MDM solution that provides easy, wireless iPad setup and is designed to meet the needs of school districts to deliver personalized learning to students. The Device Enrollment Program (DEP) allows institutions and businesses to manage iPads and other iOS devices without physical intervention, and without using Configurator. DEP allows IT departments to manage devices in bulk, streamline and customize the setup process, and seamlessly connect devices in their DEP to their MDM solution in order to conveniently manage devices. Orchard and DEP work together to make the deployment process seamless. Our Process

1. Wipe your devices ○ Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings

2. Go through the Apple setup screens:

 Slide to begin the setup process.  Select English as the language.

Select United States as the country.  Find and select your wifi network. 

Enable location services.  

Wait for activation to finish.

 A message regarding device configuration will

appear. 

 Click Get Started to begin eSpark 

installation. 

Tap the green eSpark setup icon to begin installation. 

Shortly after you launch the setup clip, you willbe prompted to input the ID and password 

provided. The Apple ID comes from a bank ofgenerated Apple IDs.

Once you input the associated Apple ID and password, the eSpark app should appear on the second home screen and begin installing. 

 A dialog box will appear explaining how to arrange apps on your iPad. Tap Dismiss. 

If apps are pushing down as they should, you’ll see all associated apps in various states of installation. The eSpark Setup icon will disappear after a few minutes if the deviceis properly configured. 

Rename your iPad in Settings > General > About > Name
