Departments Manual
How to log in to the System
1. Go to the website https://uom-departments.mu.ac.in/
2. Select your Department from dropdown list, Department Email Id will be
automatically shown on next tab and on that Email Id OTP will be Send.
3. select year (by default year is 2021-2022)
4. After entering the correct Password you will get a successful login Message &
you will redirect to the Department Dashboard Page.
5. The Departments needs to Add/Update their Email ID.
6. Students will raise queries on the same Email ID.
7. Departments will have to resolve all the queries.
Program Details
1. Departments has to click on Add Programme.
2. Enter Programme Type, Programme Duration, Programme Name, Programme
Code, Intake Capacity & Tick preference only if you are having preferences for
subjects in your programme.
3. Tick CET/interview marks if you want student to enter CET or Interview marks
for applying for your programme.
4. Select fees components for which you will add amount for general and other
categories later on.
5. Tick if you want the students avail installment facility for paying admission
fees.
Department has to click on Fees Components button
1. Select Year for ex. Part 1 Part 2 and choose categories one by one &
then enter all the respective fee amount for respective fees
components. check total amount at the last & verify it properly.
Departments has to click Eligibility Criteria Button
1. Select all the eligible bachelor degrees which students should have as
minimum qualification.
2. If your programme gas any bachelor degree as eligibility for ex. for
applying for MA Gujarati student should have any bachelor degree
(BA,BSc,BCom)then select in the drop down BA,BSc,BCom.
3. Select Percentage or CGPA for which minimum percentage or cgpa
the student have for applying to your programme.
4. In the last text area given as other criteria please mention all the
details the student should provide while filling the form. for example
some departments have to take only 5th & 6th semester marks for
making merit list so then can write all the required information
regarding eligibility criteria has to be given to the students then they
can mention here in this text area.
5. All these information will be shown to the students when they will
check for your programmme information.
Department has to Click the upload Prospectus & Syllabus button.
1. Here the Department can upload the Prospectus & Syllabus which the Students
can view while checking programme information.
Departments has to click the Application/Installment Dates
1. The Department has to put application start & application end date in
this and also full fees payment last date as mandatory.
2. Rest installment dates can be updated later on and also updated if
required .
After all the above given data is filled the department has to verify it finally
and then click the Verify all button so that their programme is visible for
students to apply for.
till the final verify button is not clicked the student cannot see your
programme in their apply programme section.
Students Application
1. All Applications: All the applications Submitted by Students after
application fee payments are listed under this type.
2. Verified Application: Applications whose documents are verified by the
Department are listed under this type.
The departments has to allot merit list & merit no to the Students & click on
Approve button after approving the Students will see admission payment option
on their dashboard.
3. Merit list: The Department can view all the Merit list of all the courses
under this type.
4. Admitted List: After successful payment of admission by the students, the
student entry will listed in this type.
Reports
1. All Customize Reports are generated in this
tab.
