Guarantee Acts in 5 Indian States”
Completed a Research Project (1998-2000) on “The impact of new economic policies
on social sector expenditures in four Indian states in the Eighth Plan period” with a
two year fellowship from UGC.
Completed a post-doctoral project with an ICSSR Teacher Fellowship from 1993-
1995 on “UN and the global environment with special reference to India’s
environmental policy” (1972-1992).
Completed PhD from the Centre for International Politics, Organization and
